Your Premium Review Box is designed to pull your rating and present it as rich snippets next to popular search engine listings. This is hugely important to helping you protect your organic traffic, as it adds authority to your listing and increases the chances that you will get the click, rather than a marketplace using reviews about your event as a way to attract your traffic. Rich snippets from reviews increase traffic exponentially (various studies show that having Rich Snippets visible on your search listings can drive 20–30% more organic traffic). This feature alone is worth the price of the premium subscription many times over.

By adding a short line of code to the pages where you have a “Register” button, you can track how many people read reviews and then go on to click “Register. Taking it a step further, another line of code in a post-purchase page, such as a “Thank you” page, can also track exactly how many sales your review box is driving.

Managing Fake Reviews

We take pride in that we only allow actual participants of your event to review it. No spectators, no angry local residents, and basically no participants who did not start the event, full stop. We have algorithms to warn us about potential fake or illegitimate reviews. In many cases, we take them down before you even see them, but we also offer you the ability to let us know through your organiser dashboard under the review feed. We even collect participant bib numbers as an extra verification step.
